KIDS : Handbuilding Projects MO afternoons
A wonderful class for kids & their parents interested in making all kinds of clay ware art (but perhaps not old enough to handle a studio wheel). KIDS HANDBUILDING is the perfect place to start. Children will learn and develop a set of handbuilding skills over the course of six weeks. These include: pinching, coil building, and slab construction. They will also learn to decorate their projects by stamping, carving, and painting colored underglazes.
Parents who participate in the class with their kids must also register as participants. Ages 6 and older.
Pieces may be picked up a week after the class ends.
Please note, this class has set dates:
Classes are held Mondays from 4:15-6:15 pm. $140
- late spring MO dates : 4/22, 4/29, 5/6, 5/13, 5/20, 6/3
