Advanced Glazing
with Sue Decker
Saturday July 19, 5:30-8:30 PM

During this 3-hour workshop, students will learn how to layer and manipulate glazes to get stunning and delightful effects.

During this class, Sue will share some of her favorite glazing methods, including layering, bubble glazing, and splatter glazing. Sue will work individually with students as you practice these new surface techniques. In addition to hands-on work in glazing, students will learn about different ways to develop their own glazing style.

Coming back this July:
Sunday Crit Club
with Lauren Griffin
July 27, 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM, $15

Want to be a better potter?

Learn how to give and receive valuable artistic feedback in this monthly workshop series:
• Taught by experienced teachers in a guided format
• In a supportive community of fellow pottery lovers
• Suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced

Each critique will involve a thoughtful discussion of the work you bring in with a District Clay teacher & fellow students. Come with specific questions you’d like feedback on, or to get more general feedback on how to improve your work.
