Bottoms Up!

For District Clay's Fall 2022 juried show, we want to see your bottoms! Don't be shy - we want to see how you shape and decorate the underside of your pottery.

​Current District Clay artists, students, and teachers were encouraged to submit pottery created with special attention paid to the pot's foot, or bottom. Submissions included any form of pottery the applicants liked, including vases, cups, bowls, teapots, and more.

Prizes were awarded for Best in Show, Best Painterly Foot, and Best Sculptural Foot.
